The Japanese version of IAWA List of Microscopic Bark Features (Angyalossi et al. 2016), translated by Yuzou Sano, Arata Yoshinaga and Satoshi Nakaba, was published by Kaiseisha Press on March 5, 2021. Kaiseisha Press has already published Japanese versions of the Hardwood List and the Softwood List in 1998 and 2006, respectively. This new translated version of IAWA publication is a companion volume to the previous two books.
